Product Description
The thermal insulation poultry house is mostly constructed of steel structure. The ceiling is a single layer color steel tile, which can be sprayed with polyurethane foam insulation. The insulation effect of 3 cm is better than that of 10 cm white foam board, Due to the direct spray forming technology of polyurethane, the rigid polyurethane foam layer has no seams to form a complete impermeability, which fundamentally prevents the possibility of roof water from penetrating along seams. Thus, it has the effect of anti-corrosion.
The steel bars should adopt solid belly or closed section, the end of closed section should be closed, and the measures of opening and explosion-proof should be adopted when the closed section is hot-dipped and galvanized.
When the corrosive grade is strong or medium, the T-shaped section composed of double angle steel or I-shaped section composed of double channel steel should not be used; when the corrosive grade is weak, the above T-shaped or I-shaped section should not be used.
When the bar is composed of profiled steel, the gap width between profiled steel should meet the requirements of construction and maintenance of protective layer.
